TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 25, 2007 MINUTES
1. Call to Order— Mayor Harding called the Meeting to Order at 7:30 pm.
2. Roll Call — Present: Don Miller, Joe Baker, Mike McGowan, Pat Fetterly,
John Thompson and Russ Hendrickson. Excused: Bob Isom
3. Agenda Approval
07-83 MOTION BY DON MILLER APPROVING THE AGENDA AS
PRESENTED. CARRIED.
4. Special Presentations
Anne Wahrmund from the Yelm Prairie Arts Association was unable to
present because of technical conflict between equipment. She would like
to reschedule for a November meeting.
5. Public Comment. There were no comments.

10. Mayor and City Council Reports
Councilmember Baker attended reorganization of the Senior Center
Board.
Councilmember Fetterly reported that she and Councilmember Miller
attended the Fire District meeting were they discussed delivery of a
refurbished brush truck and an update on Union employee benefits for
the firefighters.

Councilmember Thompson attended Transportation Policy Board
Meeting where they reviewed the Regional Transportation Improvement
Program Draft that will be forwarded on to Thurston Regional Planning
Commission, Congestion Management and Air Quality proposal and
Regional Trails Plan.
Mayor Harding participated in a Fire Department ride-along.
He reminded Council of the Steven Street Opening September 27, 2007.

12. Correspondence provided for review included invitation to Thurston
County Elections Forum.
