TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 11, 2007 MINUTES
1. Call to Order— Mayor Harding called the Meeting to Order at 7:30 pm.
2. Roll Call — Present: Don Miller, Joe Baker, Bob Isom, Mike McGowan
and John Thompson. Excused: Pat Fetterly and Russ Hendrickson.
3. Agenda Approval
07-81 MOTION BY BOB ISOM APPROVING THE AGENDA AS PRESENTED.

5. Public Comment—There were no comments to the Mayor's call for
public comment.

10. Mayor and City Council Reports
Councilmember Baker and Councilmember Miller attended the Patriot's
Day Parade.
Councilmember McGowan attended the Thurston County HOME
Consortium meeting where the sub-committee continues to try to bring
affordable housing to Yelm.
Councilmember Thompson attended the Patriot's Day Parade and the
Yelm Transportation Meeting. He gave an update on the Killion Road
Project, announcing that the project is running a little late because of
equipment failure, but is still on budget. Additionally, the Creek Street
Plaza project will begin work on Yelm Avenue East but reported that
during the construction, two lanes will be maintained for traffic.

Mayor Harding stated that the staff is currently working on the 2008
Budget. He also attended the Patriot's Day in the City Park.
CONCENSUS TO APPROVE SCHEDULE CHANGE FOR THE
SEPTEMBER 26, 2007 STUDY SESSION TO 6:30PM TO 9:30PM.

County Board of Commissioners Public Meeting Invitation
