Environmental Checklist (dated March 6, 2000, prepared by SSOE, Inc ) . Traffic Impact Analysis (dated February 29, 2000, prepared by Heffron Transportation, Inc ) . Transportation Letter - reflecting amended site plan (dated May 3, 2000, prepared by Heffron Transportation, Inc.) And the following conditions 1 The applicant shall contribute $750 per new PM peak hour trip generated by the project.
