Environmental Checklist (dated June 1,2000, prepared by SCA Engineering) It Storm Drainage Letter (dated May 12, 2000, prepared by SCA Engineering) And the following conditions 1 The applicant shall mitigate transportation impacts based on the new pm peak hour trips generated by the project. The Transportation Facility Charge (TFC) shall be based on 1 4 new peak hour trips per service stall The project proposes 6 service stalls, which is 8 4 new p m peak hour trips The proponent will be responsible for a TFC of $6,300 00 which is payable at time of building permit. 2 The proponent shall submit a Hazardous Waster Spill and Contamination Plan to Thurston County Environmental Health Department for review and approval
