The City of Yelm as lead agency for this action has determined that this
proposal does not have a probable significant adverse impact on the
environment. Therefore, an environmental impact statement (EIS) will not
be required under RCW 43.21 C 030(2)(c) This decision was made after
review of a completed environmental checklist and other information on file
with the lead agency This information is available to the public on request.

This Mitigated Determination of Non Significance is based on the project as proposed and impacts and
mitigation reflected in the following
. Environmental Checklist (dated June 1,2000, prepared by SCA Engineering)
It Storm Drainage Letter (dated May 12, 2000, prepared by SCA Engineering)
And the following conditions
1 The applicant shall mitigate transportation impacts based on the new pm peak hour trips generated
by the project. The Transportation Facility Charge (TFC) shall be based on 1 4 new peak hour trips
per service stall The project proposes 6 service stalls, which is 8 4 new p m peak hour trips The
proponent will be responsible for a TFC of $6,300 00 which is payable at time of building permit.
2 The proponent shall submit a Hazardous Waster Spill and Contamination Plan to Thurston County
Environmental Health Department for review and approval
