The landscape plan shall be ill complIance wIth Chapter 17 80 of the YMC and subillltted wIth cIvil engmeenng drawmgs. 2 The dumpster shall be screened m accordance wIth the CIty Development Standards. ConstructIOn drawmgs shall mcluded dumpster screenmg (Drawmg R-l or R-2 attached.) 3 The eXIstmg well on SIte shall be abandoned m compliance WIth the Department of Ecology standards. The applIcant shall subilllt a completed Water RIghts Agreement (enclosed) WIth the Civil engmeenng drawmgs.
