The Public Works building is 10,000 square feet of which 2,000 square feet is administrative offices and 8,000 square feet for vehicle maintenance, repair and storage Phase I consists of infrastructure and stormwater facilities Phase II is the construction of the building Phase III is the Public Safety Complex which will house the Yelm Police Department and Municipal Court.
