Comments:
The following corrections are required before final approval can be given for occupancy.
Buildinq B:
1. There missing heads in the following locations:
a. The riser room
b. Unit 13 by the bathroom
c. Unit 3
d. Unit 10
2. The head outside of the patio in unit 11 is not trimmed out.
3. Contractor to verify all heads have not been painted.
Buildinq C:
1. The following units have painted heads:
a. 47, 46, 45, 66, 36, 40, 39, 38, 37
2. The flowing units have heads missing.
a. The riser room
b. Unit 33
Site issues:
1. Provide the protective caps for the fire department connections.
2. Provide signage for the riser room doors that indicate "fire sprinkler riser" and "fire alarm
control panel".
3. Provide pad lock for the sprinkler post indicating valves.
4. The Knox box is to contain the following keys:
a. Both locks on the riser room doors.
b. Master unit keys
c. Key for the pull stations
d. Key for the fire alarm control panel and the bypass key.
5. Remove the handles from the backflow preventer and place them in the spare head box
within the riser room.
