Attached is the revised fee sheet for the Medical Center building permit. I've revised
the number of sewer and water ERU's to 9, based on your request to reserve those for the
remaining pads. The Transportation Facility Charge and Fire Impact Fee will need to be
paid before the first inspection. The fee's due prior to issuance are $84,808.25
($172,732.74 - $10,672.64 - $77,251.85).
