TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 26, 2008 MINUTES
1. Call to Order -Mayor Harding called the Meeting to Order at 7:30 pm.
2. Roll Call -Present: Don Miller, Joe Baker, Bob Isom, Mike McGowan, Pat
Fetterly, John Thompson and Russ Hendrickson.
3. Agenda Approval

CARRIED.
4. Special Presentations none scheduled.
5. There was no response to the Mayor's call for comment.

08-19 MOTION BY BOB ISOM APPROVING CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS AS
PRESENTED. CARRIED.

8. New Business
a. RESOLUTION NO. 482, Six Year Transportation Improvement Plan Update.
Stephanie Ray provided a staff report stating the amendment is needed to list
the Yelm Prairie Line Trail Project on the Six Year Transportation Plan in order
to receipt the federal funding received for the project.
08-20 MOTION BY PAT FETTERLY APPROVING RESOLUTION NO. 482
AMENDING THE 2008-2013 YELM SIX YEAR TRANSPORTATION
IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM TO INCLUDE THE YELM PRAIRIE LINE TRAIL
PROJECT. CARRIED.
9. Old Business. There was no old business.
10. Mayor and City Council Reports
Councilmember Miller attended the Regional Fire District meeting.
Councilmember Baker met with the new management at the Senior Center and
indicated their financial situation has improved with increased activities at the
center. He is also working with Intercity Transit to encourage the donation of a
surplus van to the center.

Councilmember Hendrickson attended the Regional Fire District, reporting that
the District has accepted delivery of their new fire engine.
Mayor Harding added that the Regional Fire District would like to meet with the
Council at a later date.
