On March 6, 2007 Quadrant Homes paid $8,846.01 for Building Permit number BLD-07-00~6-
YL. However, they are experiencing a plan change for that lot, and, in the meantime, that permit
has expired. They will be submitting a new application for a new plan for that lot, at a later time.
Therefore, please prepare a check payable to Quadrant Homes, Attn: Accounts Receivables, PO
Box 130, Bellevue, WA 98009, in the amount of $8,846.01 for refund of the building permit
payment, and return the check to me.
