Therefore, please prepare a check payable to Quadrant. Homes, Attn: Accounts Receivables, PO
Box 130, Bellevue, WA 98009, in the amount of $8728.93 for refund of the building permit
payment, and return the check to me.

The streets are correct, but we try to sell to a permit that we have so that it makes it
