Re: Annexation Petition
Dear Mr. Phill:
Attached please find a copy of an email that I received from Thurston County, regarding the sufficiency of your petition for annexation. It appears that our forms are not current, and
that a date is required with each signature. Also, it was brought to our attention that even though a person owns more than one parcel, they can only sign the petition once.
I have created a new signature form for you, with one signature line for each property owner under the parcel(s) of ownership. Please have them sign the new form, and be sure that they
include the date that they signed.
From the email, it sounds like that is the only problem with the County review of the petition.
I apologize for this delay. Please return the new signature forms back to me, and I will immediately get them to the County to complete their review.
