RE: Yelm High School
SEPA Requirements
Dear Mr. Grant:
The Mitigated Determination of Non-significance issued by the City of Yelm requires
Yelm Community Schools to provide atwo-way turn lane and a left hand turn lane from
the West exit of the Yelm High School to 93°d Ave SE at its intersection with Yelm Ave
West.
The construction of the referenced turn lane will not only benefit the new high school
but will benefit any development along its path on both the North and South sides of
Yelm Ave West.
What provisions are available to the Yelm Community Schools to secure latecomers fees
from future developers along this route?
Your assistance in this matter is appreciated
