Please note that, with the exception of the off-site improvements, these comments are based on the impacts identified in the expanded environmental checklist issued by the district last week. The 107th/Carter connection and Mill Road frontage comments were made to the district during review of the draft document, along with a request to look at impacts to traffic at the light with the possibility of an extended turn lane or new light heads.
