Rocky contacted me yesterday about the status of the
Yelm High School asbuilts. I explained to Rocky that we were waiting for the remainder of the sewer work to be completed and incorporated in one set of asbuilts. I understand
that the stadium tank has been replaced now and this information can be added the asbuilts. As you are completing these I have included our comments for the previous review.
Please include the remaining improvements to be constructed as part of the stadium step system.
Please show the Carson box, valve etc. serving the STEP Tank for the Auto Shop.
Please check on the existence of the “End of Line” clean-out shown at Sta. 0+97
Please show the correct fittings etc. at STA # 0+97
Please show the correct fittings etc at STA # 5+40.2
The force main running down the E. side of bldg 500 appears to be not shown correctly (wrong location)
The Side Sewer for the tanks serving Bldg.s 500 and 300 are not shown correctly.
Please show the in-line ball valve in the service line connecting the “Auto Shop Tank” to the mainline (2”)
Sheet C3.0: The two inch Irrigation meter is not in the right location and is not hooked to the potable water main.
Sheet C3.0: The fire hydrant was put in different than what the prints are showing.
When you resubmit please submit 4 sets of full size plans for review and approval.
