YL. However, at this time, they are not going to be building the planned house on that lot. They
will be submitting a new application for a new plan for that lot, at a later time.
Therefore, please prepare a check payable to Quadrant Homes, Attn: Accounts Receivables, PO
Box 130, Bellevue, WA 98009, in the amount of $9,059.99 for refund of the building permit
payment, and return the check to me.
