fallen through and the permit had expired, and you would be submitting a new
application for a new sale for that lot, which would result in a new building permit.
Therefore, enclosed are two checks. One is in the amount of $8,240.18 for BLD-07-
0259-YL, your lot number TM-2180. The other is in the amount of $8,846.01 for BLD-
07-0056-YL, your lot number TM-2195.
