1. The Water main will be an eight inch main to the fire hydrant.
2. Is the fire hydrant ten feet away from the sewer main at house number eleven?
3. Water and Sewer must have a ten foot separation between them.
4. A back flow assembly is required for the irrigation system.
5. Fire Department Connections – Does this mean the town homes will have a sprinkler system. If so we need too know the connection point from water main and backflow assemblies
are required.
6. Note five should read fire hydrant assembly.
7. Are these town houses to be two or three stories high? If they are more than two stories a backflow assembly is required on all domestic services.
8. The developer is responsible for the cost of the fire hydrant locks, The City of Yelm will order and install the fire hydrant locks. The project will not be final until
the fire hydrant lock are paid for, too the City of Yelm.
