To Whom It May Concern:
On September 20, 2006 the Community Development Department performed its environmental review for the above listed project. Please see the MDNS attached.
In our review we noticed some items on your site plan that do not meet our development regulations, and would like to bring them to your attention.
The City of Yelm requires a minimum 10-foot setback from all buildings and property lines for stormwater facilities. The plan submitted does not meet this requirement. The plan also
shows stormwater flowing across a sewer STEP tank. This will not be allowed.
There is an existing water line and easement along the northeast property line. This easement and line must be shown on your plans. It appears that you are proposing your stormwater
facility in this easement area.
We will continue with our project review, however these items must be addressed. The correction to these items may require you to redesign your project, and it may be in your best interest
to accomplish that now, as apposed to amending a site plan review approval.
