Subject: GMS Townhouses Environmental Review
Dear Ms. Merriman:
We are resubmitting plans for GMS Townhomes located on parcel 21724410200 at 304
Longmire Street SE. These plans have been revised to address [he letter comments provided
to us on September 25, 2006. Enclosed please find the following:

• Copy of City letter from September 25, 2006
We have revised the plans to show the existing water line along the northeast property line.
Survey information has located the approximate location of this watedine outside the boundary
of this property and records research does not reveal any existing easements on the subject
property. We have added a 5-foot utility easement along the northeast property line to
accommodate future maintenance of this existing water line.
The location of the sewer STEP tank and the proposed grading have been revised so that
stormwater no longer is shown flowing across the STEP tank. In order to comply with the 10-
foot setback from all buildings to stormwater facilities we have removed the biofiltration Swale
and replaced it with a catch basin and pipe conveyance to the infiltration trench, with DOE
approved stormwater treatment provided by an Aqua Swid device.
