Title that was requested. The title company can fnd no evidence of an ingress/egress easement. Because of the triangular-shape of our property this ten feet is critical to our parking spaces and buildout of office buildings. From the get-go we were told that no easement for ingress/egress existed and the title co. backs that up. I also do not know what the hang up is, but it has gone on for over two months and must be resolved soon. We have interested parties who may go away if we cannot find resolution soon. We started this process in late May. (My partner is 70+ and is beginning to wonder if it will happen in his lifetime!) The condo next door had rented out to professional-type users in the past. A delivery pizza and Chinese restaurant have since moved in. They get delivery of food stuffs. That can be done at the front door too. I do not understand how ten feet of our property can be taken to satisfy their delivery trucks!
