would result in a new building permit.
You also sent a piece of correspondence to Gary Carlson regarding a cancellation of a
permit for lot TM-1025, 14938 Terra View Street SE, our Building Permit number BLD-
07-0393-YL, indicating you were withdrawing that application and were submitting a
new application for that lot, which would result in a new building permit.
Therefore, enclosed is a check in the amount of $8,907.72 to refund the permit fees
paid for our Building Permit number BLD-07-0406, and a check in the amount of
$9,069.01 to refund the permit fees for Building Permit number BLD-07-0393.

On November 7, 2007 Quadrant Homes paid $9,069.01 for Building Permit number BLD-07-
0393-YL. However, at this time, they are not going to be building the planned house on that lot.
They will be submitting a new application for a new plan for that lot, at a later time.
Therefore, please prepare a check payable to Quadrant Homes, Attn: Accounts Receivables, PO
Box 130, Bellevue, WA 98009, in the amount of $9,069.01 for refund of the building permit
payment, and return the check to me.
