Tim - Smitty came down and chatted with Gary and I about his comments on the McCamment 4 plexes. Where we landed was... * A double DETECTOR check valve is not required.
* A double check valve is required and is shown on the plans in the riser room of each building. * A water meter is required at the street for the sprinkler system. The property
owner will get a monthly bill for the base charge and we will be able to tell if there are any illegal taps if there is usage. This will be the standard for all small residential
projects that require sprinklers, basically anthing comprised of buildings with under 6 units per building. Do you still concur? Thanks, Grant *******************************
