On June 8, an application was submitted for SPR-05-0160-YL and for SHO-05-0161-YL. Fees paid were as follows:
SPR: $350 + square footage $2850.00
SEPA $ 150.00
TIA $ 500.00
SHO: $ 250.00
For a TOTAL Fees received of: $3750.00
The SHOreline Permit application was not needed. However, a Binding Site Plan application WAS needed, and was submitted June 27, 2005, and the SPR application fees needed to be adjusted.
The new fees required are as follows:
BSP: $350 + $300 (6 units) $ 650.00
SPR: $325 (50% of $350 + 300) $ 325.00
SEPA $ 150.00
TIA $ 500.00
For a TOTAL Fees needed of: $1625.00
Therefore, a REFUND to the applicant should be made of $2,125.00.
