Box 479 Yelm, WA 98597   October 19, 2004 Brian Reynolds Airborne Properties LLC 7822 Old Hwy 99 SE Olympia, Washington 98501 RE: Clearing and Grading Approval for Timber Estates Short Plat City of Yelm Project Number SUB-04-0118-YL Mr. Reynolds, The following letter serves as the clearing and grading approval for the above reference project. This permit has been granted as shown on the construction documents dated 6/08/04. The city’s review of this project is significantly complete. The following conditions must be followed and adhered by during the clearing of the parcel. Clearing and grading of the land is limited to the property boundary lines. All property lines must be clearly staked before construction can begin. The clearing and grubbing material may be temporally stockpiled on site, but may have to be covered depending on the weather and location of stockpiles. The contractor will have to maintain erosion control measures. This will be discussed during the preconstruction meeting before the clearing begins. This approval is not limited to the above referenced conditions. Due to the nature of the project and unknown weather conditions, additional requirements may be required by the inspector and or assigned.
