8347 Clearing Approval 120303December 3, 2003 Larry Schorno 18217 Hwy 507 SE Yelm, Washington 98597 RE: Clearing Approval for a portion of Tax Parcel No. 69280000100 thru 69280000900 City of Yelm Invoice Number CDD-03-087 Mr. Schorno, The following letter is the clearing approval for the above reference parcel. This notice serves as the approval and conditions of the approval. This permit has been granted as shown on the attached site plan. The following conditions must be followed and adhered by during the clearing of the parcel. Clearing of the land is limited to the area shown on the attached site plan. The limits of the clearing shall be Algiers Dr., Plaza Dr. and the north and west property lines. This approval is only for clearing the land. The clearing and grubbing material may be temporally stockpiled on site, but may have to be covered depending on the weather. The contractor will have to maintain erosion control measures. This will be discussed during the preconstruction meeting before the clearing begins. A 2’ deep vee ditch will be installed around the cleared site to detain any possible runoff from the cleared site. This approval is not limited to the above referenced conditions. Due to the nature of the project and unknown weather conditions, additional requirements may be required by the inspector or assigned.
