Will near by private wells be compromised? -Anecdote re recent fouling in 150 foot well downstream of T.H.
Will wetlands upstream of T.H. bridge continue to wet up and get bigger?
-Anecdote from property owner indicating recent wetter conditions on property along Thompson Creek. Presumed due to recent development (Tahoma Terra).
What precautions will be taken to protect Thompson Creek and Wetlands from additional water during construction and into the future?
Will infiltration into the deeper aquifer (Stormwater w/ pesticides, reclaimed water w/ pharmaceuticals) degrade Qva aquifer (many homes) down gradient to the N/NE?
Effects on down gradient wells (quality and quantity) should be considered in the EIS, Why isn't it?

Are there requirements for a balance of Land Uses, i.e. phasing of commercial vs. residential? Probably would like moderate residential by wetland-Thompson Creek and not
commercial use. Add monitoring wells along north property line to collect data on aquifer.

Build the project Construct a N/S road bypass direct to SR510 Concern of site connection to 93rd. Single lane RR Trestle on Rainier Road to Olympia – not shown on report for
impact. Local experience suggests higher use of Rainier Road vs. SR510. Widening of Rainier Road & 507 through Rainier to handle traffic from Yelm.
Fiscal Analysis
Is regional sports center to be deeded to City? Does retail compete with Downtown?
