Will wetlands upstream of T.H. bridge continue to wet up and get bigger? -Anecdote from property owner indicating recent wetter conditions on property along Thompson Creek. Presumed due to recent development (Tahoma Terra). What precautions will be taken to protect Thompson Creek and Wetlands from additional water during construction and into the future? Will infiltration into the deeper aquifer (Stormwater w/ pesticides, reclaimed water w/ pharmaceuticals) degrade Qva aquifer (many homes) down gradient to the N/NE? Effects on down gradient wells (quality and quantity) should be considered in the EIS, Why isn't it? Fiscal Analysis Is regional sports center to be deeded to City? Does retail compete with Downtown?
