I received your fax dated Oct 3rd. The City requires that the sidewalk to be constructed half way around the cul-de-sac. That is a project requirement as part of the roadway section
as approved by the land use approval. We also ask that the cul-de-sac be moved closer to the property line so when the adjacent property extends the roadway as part of there development
they will be able to connect to your proposed street without having to construct a portion of your required improvements. If you have any additional questions or want to discuss please
