Roberta: Here are my 2nd review comments for the Rainier View Estates.
Item # 45 Sewer: 1. Please show on the plans sheet 9 of 14 that water and sewer assemblies and components are meeting the 10’ horizontal separation requirement.
Item # 52, 53 and 54 Landscape: 1. States to clearly show the access to the “Durant Street Path” from the development, pathway location and materials. This needs to be shown on the
landscape plans.
2. Hydroseed all planter strips and storm ponds. Not shown on all required areas of landscape plans.
3. Clean and reseed if needed the area between the “Durant Street Path” and the back of perimeter fencing along the west property line. This area is not noted on landscape
plans.
