Filling and grading will be performed in preparation for [he construction of the public street
and storm drainage system, twentV-hvo single family homes and their driveways, and other
infrastructure as associated with single family developmept i.e. power, gas. TV, telephone, etc.
Approzima[ely 10,000 +/- cv of excavated material is anticipated. A balanced fill and grade
operation is anticipated.

Yes, however, [he site development plans will provide for temporarv and permanent
erosion control, following best Management Practices tBMPs) and Ci[v of Yelm
guidelines. The monitoring of temporarv and permanent erosion control measures during
construction will be the responsibility of [he contractor.
G. About what percent of the site will be covered with impervious surfaces after project consWCtion
(for example, asphalt or buildings)?
Title 17.12.050 -City of Yelm's Zonipg Regulatiops, indicates 75% as a maximum
percent of total impervious cover for the R-4 zone. Therefore, the impervious cover oT the
lots will no[ exceed [he 75 % as allmved by Title 17. That 75 % will include homes, driveways,
patios, decks, etc.
H. Proposed measures to reduce or control erosion, or other impacts to the earth, if any:
The implementation of Bes[ Management Practices (BMPs) and proper erosion control
devices constructed and maintaiped should reduce and control erosion through the
construction phase. After construction, plan[ back will be done through landscaping
requirements associated with [he City of Yelm platting process and building permits.
