A street light has not been added per sub-section 4E.020 "Design Standards" of Chapter 4 (Transportation) Section 4E-Illumination, of the City of Yelm Development Standards (04-07) clearly states: `7nterseetions and wl-de-sacs within new residential developments will be illuminated with one 100-watt...pole. No other illumination is required". 49. A note has been added to state PSE will perform the lighting plan. Sheet Ll.l: 50. Sheet trees or shrubs will not be located (planted) within 3 feet of any water meter or fire hydrant per sub-section 6.200 "landscaping, water meters and fire hydrants" from Chapter 6 - "Water," of the City's Development Standards (04-07). 51. Street trees on "non sidewalk" side of the street will be located as shown on the civil plan set, 4' from back of curb per local access residential road cross-section detail 4-7. 52.
