Based upon the foregoing, the Court makes the following: CONCLUSIONS OF LAW 1. The Court has jurisdiction over the parties and the subject matter in th7s lawsuit. 2. Defendants have no interest in or claim to the Property, either individually or cGllectively. Now, therefore, R is hereby ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that all defendants matle a party to this lawsuit have no dght, title, estate, or interest in such property. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that judgment be had against defendants, adjudicating that they have no Interest in such property.
