No. 04-159 Sewer Comments: 1. Pipe deflection taken off. 2. Elevation of pipe now has 60" cover and crossing encased in ductile iron. See enclosed City of Yelm response email. 3. Station 6+7g reference to new end of line stationed between clean-out and ball valve cover has been clarified on plan. 4. The Sewer Key Notes reference the keynotes in the profile. 5. Air Release assembly at Station O+Og.00 have been removed. Water Comments: 6. Contractor will be responsible to make sure existing gate valve at Station 0+00 is in proper working order. See note on plan. 7. Sheet C6 now reads 8" PVC. Landscaping Comments: 8. Street trees on non-sidewalk side of street will be planted within the 5 foot planter strip directly behind curb. 9. Access now clearly shown at Durant Street Path from the development. 10. Hydroseeding displayed within all planter strips and storm ponds. 11. Note for cleaning and reseeding if needed with appear on the final landscape plan. Irrigation Comments: 12. Irrigation plan will be submitted before civil plan approval. Engineering Comments: 13. Landscape plan reflects location of street sign at cul-de-sac indicating future street connection location to the northwest. 14. Ownership will be shown before final plat for 17' legal description gap that is being added to the improvements as agreed by the Planning Department.
