Box 479 Yelm, WA 98597   May 8, 2006 Robert Holcomb KPFF Engineering 4200 6th Ave Suite 301 Lacey, Washington 98503 RE: Green Village Subdivision –SUB–05-0058-YL Third Review of Site Construction Documents Mr. Holcomb: The City of Yelm has completed the initial review of the proposed 52 lot single family subdivision. Your application included: Construction documents undated and received 3/01/06. Stormwater Drainage Report February 2006 received 3/01/06 We have reviewed the plans for compliance with the City of Yelm Development Guidelines, the DOE Stormwater Manual and general standards of civil engineering practice. The following comments need to be addressed before the plans may be approved for construction. Our comments are summarized below: Roadway Plan and Profile: The stormwater conveyance system needs to be moved out of the 10’ joint utility trenches on Burnett and Mountain View Roads. Check the construction plans for spellings errors. Landscape and Irrigation Plan: The required landscape and irrigation plan has not been approved as part of this review. The construction permit will not be approved until landscape and irrigation plans have been approved. Please coordinate with Tami Merriman at (360) 458-8496. Please review and revise the plans to address the above referenced comments. Please contact me before resubmitting the plans for additional review.
