Dear City of Yelm,
1) We are replacing the worn out furnace and air conditioner at the Craft
store.
2) This is a "like for like" replacement.
3) There will be a Labor and Industries permit for the HVAC
replacement.
4) There will be a separate Labor and Industries permit for the modified
electrical circuits to the new equipment.
5) A shown in the picture the outdoor portion of the air conditioner will be
next to the concrete sidewalk.
6) The outdoor air conditioner condenser will be 32X32X32 approximate
size but will not be against the outdoor wall but approximately a foot
away.
7) This is not an area where cars drive as the door is to the lunch room.
8) If you elect to charge Gee Gee a fee we need to include that in our
paperwork bid.
