Construction Punchlist #2
Dear Merle:
Please see below for punchlist items that were noted during the project walk-thru. This is a comprehensive list that includes all departments from within the City: These items need
to be fixed before this project may be finaled and final plat completed.
Water Department Comments:
Lots 11 and 12 water meter boxes set too high. These boxes must be set at sidewalk level. After the boxes have been raised, the meter setters will have to be lowered once box is set
at correct level.
Lots 7, 8, 16, 17, 21 and 22: straighten water meter setters so meter can be set, must have 8 inches clearance between front and rear, clean out box below setters.
Lots 40 and 41, 50 and 51 the water meter boxes and setters must be squared with the curb.
Sewer Department:
The Carson Box for lot 5 and 11 have broken lids – must be replaced
The Carson box for lot 16 is in the tree planter. Either the tree or the Carson Box must be moved.
Public Works:
No Stop Bars have been installed at the stop signs.
Burnett Road has a broken sidewalk panel at the south end, marked in Red.
The grade around the sidewalk must be brought up to at least 1” of the surface of the sidewalk for 1’ horizontal. (91st Ave)
Remove pile of dirt on sidewalk on 91st Ave
Part of the sidewalk is missing the east end of 91st Ave by mailbox. Please repour this portion of the sidewalk.
Community Development Comments:
All lots, roadways and sidewalks need to be clean of construction debris.
Club house, open space around building and landscaping still need to be inspected once they are complete. This comment letter does not address this area.
When you have completed all work above please submit a letter stating how the issues have been addressed and that you are ready for a reinspection.
