Hi Steve,
Is there anyway I can be present when the City folks do their walk throughs? I am really conscientious about doing a quality job here at Bella and I want to hold those responsible for
the job (the contractors and subs I hired) accountable. I am trying real hard to learn the ins and outs of this project and what quality works looks like. I hope the City can help me
with this.
So, is it possible for me to be present at that time?

The property owner of the Bella Housa came into the office to let us know they have completed all the work on their development and are requesting the City to complete the first walk
thru and inspection for Bella Housa, if you could please complete a walk thru, inspection and have comments in to me by Thursday November 8, 2007, so I can respond to the owner with
any issues or incomplete items, by the afternoon on Friday November 9, 2007 would be great. Your help and cooperation is very much appreciated.
