Another more pressing item is the punchlist. Steve tells me that he gave this list to you and John back in November. I have attached a copy to this email. Our policy is that all items on the punchlist must be fixed prior to accepting your final plat application. We can allow some minor exceptions, if we know the issue is out of your control, or it can be dealt with in a timely manner. That would be issues such as the final landscaping around the clubhouse (can't be finished, until building is finished...) Merle, you need to work with your contractor, go through each item on the list, and have them fixed. When this is done, you contact Steve. Steve will arrange the inspections, and dates for the departments to give comments back to him. He will either give you a letter stating that everything is complete, or a new punchlist with any outstanding items. This is the process that we must follow. When I have the copies of the site plans, and either an invoice or receipt for the Hydrant locks, I will get them to you. Here are the 2 items I was to email to you today from that 18 item list from Hearing Exam Report: Item # 2 regarding lot setback requirements. This is the one that John said that George signed and took to the city. Item # 5 regarding hydrant locks – your question was whether these were invoiced and paid. Also, Merrilee DeForest, insurance agent, will be calling you soon about a question I didn’t have an answer for. Thanks again for your patience with me, Merle No virus found in this outgoing message.
