Dear Bob:
The Community Development Department reviewed your request to change the open space proposed for Green Village Subdivision.
The Department would accept the following:
Provide a landscaping plan to show some type of recreational amenity for the proposed tract. Lawn with landscaping, picnic benches, or other park-like amenities. It will be noted in
the land use approval that a building with associated parking may be constructed in the future.
If this is acceptable, please provide us with a conceptual landscape plan for the tract by August 30, 2005. We will then present it to the Hearing Examiner at the September 6, 2005
public hearing.
