Proctor Tacoma, WA 98405 RE: Café Elite – SPR-05-0417-YL Construction Punchlist No 1 Mr. Meyers: Please see below for punchlist items that were noted during the final project walk-thru. If you have any questions please contact Steve Harrington at 360-458-8423. This is a comprehensive list that includes all departments from within the City. Water Department: Meter Box for Double Check Valve Assembly needs to be raised to final grade. Replace broken valve marker, and straighten good one. Ground around meter box area needs to be restored to the original or better condition, like it was before work started. Planning Comments: Landscaping is not complete per the approved civil plans. The following need to be addressed: The plan shows 3 large mountain hemlock trees and 1 other unidentified deciduous species of tree at the top of the hill which are missing. Ground cover proposed to be located on the hill is missing. The landscape plan also shows 8 other items labeled SBY which appear to be trees and were not seen onsite. There are many other plant species shown on the landscape plans which do not appear to be on site. Engineering Comments: Clean up all debris and garbage from the project site. Back fill and compact all open trenches. Grade, groom and hydro-seed all disturbed areas. Clean and sweep parking lot. Need to complete the removal of the brick wall at the gas lines. The fire suppression system for the gas station needs to be recertified after the fire line was broken during construction. Contact Fire Marshall for specific requirements. Asbuilt Drawings.
