Dear Mr. Bayless:
Our department has completed a final walk thru on the above mentioned project. The following are a few minor items that were discovered during this walk thru, these items must be completed
to assure in finalizing the project.
These items are listed as follows:
Civil Engineering Department Comments:
Broken Wheel Chair Ramp 104th & Fire station, Mid block on 104th, 104th & Barry Bridges, Both Wheel Chair Ramps @ 104thSt. & 104th Way, End of Culde Sac on 104th Way. Marked with red
paint.
Broken Sidewalk Panels Mid Block on 104th Ave, 15316, 15310, 15304 and 15313, 15319,15344,15362 104th Way and 10424, 10418, 10412, 10406 Barry Bridges St. Marked with red paint.
Exposed Comcast or Telcom Cables that need buried or boxes over them at various sites on 104th Ave. 104th Way and Barry Bridges St.
Broken Curb @ 15344, 15402, 15362, 15338 104th Way.
Lot # 25 Needs to be completed.
Drain Rock stockpiled in roadway at the end of Culde Sac on 104th Way.
Community Development Department – Landscaping
A few dead trees located along 104th.
Dead trees need to be replaced on the following lots: 1, 2,8, 28, 29, 34 and a few around the cul-de-sac at the end of 104th.
Planter strips in front of Lots 11 and 12 need to be re-hydroseeded, it appears that the grass has been removed.
Missing trees on Lots 7 and 12.
Dead trees around the Storm Pond, need to be replaced.
Water Department Comments – September 27, 2006
1. Lots 48 and 49 raise and level meter box to driveway height.
2. Lots 44 and 45 raise and level meter box to driveway height.
3. Lots 4 and 5 raise and level meter box to final grade.
4. Lots 11 and 12 level meter box to final grade.
5. Ensure water meter box is at final grade after landscaping is in at lots 24 and 25.
6. Lots 34 and 35 lower meter box to final grade.
Sewer Department Comments – October 2, 2006
1. John Yanasak E-mailed me today and said Randy Hatch had gone over Mill Pond
Subdivision both 1&2, he said he had no issues. Therefore Sewer Department signs off.
Public Works Department Comments – September 27, 2006
28 Broken Sidewalk Panels in Mill Pond Estates 1 & 2.
