We are writing to request reconsideration of the conditions in your decision of the above-referenced appeal.
Freestone DFF Yelm II LLC is unable to comply with Condition 1 prior [o recording the Boundary Line
Adjustment for [he following reason. The owner of [he property, Kathryn Dotsoq will no[ allow her property to
be connected to City water and sewer until the purchase of her property has been completed. Freestone DFF
cannot purchase the property until the BLA has been recorded.
1n order that the Boundary Line Adjustment may be recorded and to assure that the property will be connected to
City water and sewer and all appropriate fees paid, we request that Freestone DFF Yelm B LLC be permitted to
post a bond for these improvements. The amount of [he bond would include the cost of the water and sewer
cotmection and other fees associated with connecting [he site to City water and sewer, including inspection fees,
latewmers charges, and abandonment of the existing septic system and well. The proposed amount of the bond is
150 % of the total amount of these improvements. Freestone DFF Yelm II LLC will submit [he total estimated
cost [o the City of Yelm for review and approval. We request that Freestone DFF Yelm II LLC be allowed a
maximum 90 days from date of recording of the Boundary Line Adjustment to complete the improvements.
