system layout; for sewage antl wastewater collection and treatment; and for slorn water
collection, release, drainage antl treatment.
4. A copy of covenants or other restrictions applying to or proposetl to encumber or be
imposetl upon the site.
5. A gratling plan far any cuts antl/or fills collectively exceeding one huntlretl cubic yartls,
exclusive of cuts antl fills solely for streets or utilities. Such plan shall inclutle the extent
and nature of proposetl cuts antl fills antl inforna[ion on the character of the soil antl
underlying geology.
6. A description of any proposal for fiootl control facilities or improvements.
7. A descrption of any other proposetl improvements such as pathways or reeeation
facilities.
PLAT MAP (Submit 12 folded blue-line prints -rolled not accepted)
1. The plat tlatum, north arrow, tlate antl scale at one inch equals either fifty feet, one
huntlretl feet, two huntlretl feet, or, for large lot subtlivisions only, tour huntlretl feet.
2. The bountlary lines of the property to be tlivitled.
3. The boundaries of existing atljacent or internal lots, blocks and streets shown with
tlonetl lines.
4. Current antl proposetl zoning of the site to be plattetl antl of the surrounding land for
a distance of three huntlretl feet.
5. The location and direction of all existing and proposetl watercourses, lakes antl
streams antl the location of all areas subject to Flooding.
6. The location of other natural features such as rack outcroppings and marshes.
