Johns Meadow Subdivision (Revised Punch List)
City of Yelm Project No. SUB-04-0175-YL
Mr. Martin:
Our department has completed a final Re-walk thru on the above mentioned project. The following are a few minor items that were discovered during this walk thru, these items must be
completed to assure in finalizing the project.
These items are listed as follows:
Community Development Department:
Bring ground level up to sidewalk grade both front and back of sidewalk on all locations of Plat. This also include a design and taking care of behind sidewalk and fence at Dotson Property
line.
Grade all lots and place top soil behind sidewalks.
Landscaping:
1. Hydroseeding required within plat and planter strip along Middle Road.
2. Complete perimeter fencing along Middle Road.
3. Complete perimeter fencing around Catherine Dotson’s property
4. Complete perimeter fencing on all property lines.
5. All planter strips must contain topsoil..
6. Tree on lot 37 needs to be at least 5 feet away from any utility boxes if possible.
7. Fix broken Fencing.
Public Works Department Comments:
Water Department - Water system, cross control:
1. The fire hydrant at the corner of Greenbrier Street is too high. This hydrant must be lowered, not a mound of top soil around it.
2. The fire hydrant at the Cochrane and Middle Road is too high. This hydrant must be lowered, not a mound of top soil around it.
Street Department – Sidewalk, Curbing and Gutter:
1. Clean all sidewalks
2. Remove all plastic from extruded domes on south end of Middle Road sidewalk.
3. Re-work back grade of all walks and remove all rocks.
4. Remove ecology blocks off streets.
5. Clean all streets.
6. Place stop bars at stop signs.
7. Stop signs are to be 36” not 24” Replace the 24” stop signs with 36” stop signs.
8. Fix grade around light poles.
9. Clean out all catch basins, socks and storm drain lines.
Please address each one of these punch list items. Do not call to schedule a re-inspection of these items until all punch list items are 100% complete. If you have any questions or
