Mr. Martin:
Our department has completed another re-inspection for final walk thru on the above mentioned project. The following are a few minor items that were discovered during this walk thru,
these items must be completed to assure in finalizing the project.
These items are listed as follows:
Community Development Department:
Landscaping:
1. Fencing.
Public Works Department Comments:
Water Department - Water system, cross control:
1. The irrigation meter Box on Middle Road and Cochrane Avenue needs raised.
Street Department – Sidewalk, Curbing and Gutter:
1. Clean all sidewalks
2. Re-work back grades of all walks and remove larger rocks.
3. Remove ecology blocks off streets.
4. Repair fence on northhside of Cochrane Avenue.
5. No fence on southside of Cochrane Avenue.
6. Fence and grade on Green Briar by Dotson house, not completed.
7. No stop bars at stop signs.
Please address each one of these punch list items. Do not call to schedule a re-inspection of these items until all punch list items are 100% complete. If you have any questions or
