1. Sheet 3, Curve Table: Add chord bearing to curve table for all non-tangent curves.
2. Sheet 4, Lot & Tract Information: Add city and zip code to map.
3. Sheet 4, Lot Information, Lot 33: Change square feet on map to 4,596 sq ft, to match the lot closure.
4. In addition to a corrected full-sized blueline copy, please provide a CD of the plat, prior to recording, as follows:
1. The boundaries that determine ownership must all be placed in one layer (PROP).
2. The tile space must be defined as the Washington State Plane System, South Zone.
3. Road center lines be placed in a separate layer (ROAD).
4. Access easement lines be placed in a separate layer (EASEMENT).
5. Key survey monuments be identified by attributed blocks and also be placed into a separate layer.
6. The data be submitted as DWG and DXF files.
