1. Brief Weather Summary: (On earthwork jobs include soil conditions)
Ocst, cool Soils are rocky. Met with Contractor on site Friday November 17, 2006. I met with Ken Laudermilk on site and we discussed an issue of 2 Wheelchair ramps on the project.
1 is located on Road “A” and Middle Road. This Wheelchair ramp the design per plan will not work due to approved change in sidewalk. Ken and I did a new layout in the field for this
ramp. I brought it back to the office and on Monday, November 20, 2006 discussed it with Jim Gibson and it was decided that the new field change or layout will work and will meet ADA
requirements. The 2nd Wheelchair ramp is on the N.E. corner of Road “A” and Road “B”. The throat for this ramp was laid out wrong and the alignment will not work for the adjacent wheelchair
ramp. Discussions with Jim G. It was decied by both Jim and I that the layout proposed by the contractor will not work and the this section of curb and gutter will have to be removed
and the a new section of curb and gutter poured with the wheelchair ramp throat placed in the correct location to place the correct wheelchair ramp in place per plans.

Contractor is grading lots and prepping for sidewalk within plat boundaries.
