Ocst, cool Placing road base and top course. Comapctioin on all layers. Lakeside Ind. Paving.

Contractor is placing crushed rock top course. Good compaction. Middle Road graded, compacted and fully prepped, Lakeside paving. Lakeside paving Middle Rd. in 2 lifts.
Catch Basin # 31 put in place. Contractor (Les Russell Contracting ) has assured me they will not damage new paving when doing the curb inlet work.
4. Summary of Field Testing (Note failing tests and any retests. Condition of
material) Good crushed rock top course, compacted. Asphalt being put down in 2 lifts.
