Kevin:
Johns Meadow: The following are some items that I seen should be taken
care of before final plat approval.
1. Fence is in need of repair and fence boards replaced.
2. Some property corners are missing and need to be put back in
place for lots.
3. Trees around storm pond need to be replaced.
4. Storm pond needs to be maintained (Weeds cut down).
5. Fix gate at storm pond, so it functions properly.
6. Cut down larger weeds around perimeter fence and lots
(Complaints from of noxious weeds from neighboring community).
SR/507 Improvements: The following are some items I have noticed just
driving by. This still needs to have a walk thru:
1. Lighting along SR/507 (Into-Light) needs to be completed.
2. Straw may need to be blown over the hydroseed to act as an
insulator and help aid in germinating grass seed.
3. Any exposed wires or conduit must be removed or capped off.
4. Light pole bases that are not going to be used must be removed
and holes backfilled.
5. Cross walks must be completed.
