Trust FundDEVELOPER AGREEMENT Ron Peck This Agreement is made between Ron Peck and the City of Yelm for improvements described in the Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof. The undersigned agrees to complete the required improvements as part of any State Route 510 and/or Cullens Road improvements that occur along the property frontage of 704 Yelm Avenue West. It is understood and agreed that the City will take action for violation of Chapter 17, Yelm Municipal Code if the required improvements described are not completed when requested. The developer agrees that the espresso building shall be abandoned and unoccupied, if the required improvements are not installed, inspected, and approved at completion of frontage improvements. It is further agreed that the city may discontinue water service if the terms of this agreement are not met. .
